Former Girls Aloud

Nadine became a British pop icon, as part of the girl group Girls Aloud.

Her vocals have been lauded for their power and purpose, and she has often been referred to as the most talented vocalist in the girl band, with her tone and carrying of a note showcasing her breath-taking talent.

With an articulate, educated persona to complement her immense talent as a singer, pianist and entertainer, her personality and Northern Irish charm helped to propel her further into the limelight. She became a household name and has an inspiring influence on a generation.

Girls Aloud earned critical acclaim and a collective £30 million in their seven-year jaunt at the top of British entertainment, a time in which they topped the charts several times on their journey to becoming the UK’s biggest selling girl group of the 21st century’. They sold 4 million albums in the UK alone before they split in 2009 to pursue different projects.

Nadine’s debut solo album Insatiable was recorded in 2010, in partnership with the UK’s biggest supermarket, Tesco. The album took a different route from her Girls Aloud past and brought a splash of Motown, the 80’s and noughties style and soul influences to the album.

Single Red Light was cited as a ‘disco dazzler’ and Chained as a modern R&B track and the critically acclaimed track Insatiable was co-written with Guy Chambers and provided a rock led sound. Insatiable hit the UK album charts at No.47 and took a spot at No.4 in the Independent Chart, keeping its top ten place for two weeks. In Ireland, the album went to number two.

Nadine had further success as an entrepreneur, opening and running a restaurant in Orange County, LA called Nadine’s Irish Mist before the calling for Girls Aloud got so loud. In 2012, the supergroup reunited for their 10th anniversary.

Something New was their new single and official song for Children In Need. The tune hit number 2 in the British singles charts before they released their second greatest hits compilation and toured with the album until the band’s split in 2013.

Nadine is available to hire as a television performer, radio host and solo vocalist for corporate entertainment, private functions, studio recordings, stage shows and other event entertainment.
